What board sizes do you offer? And what’s the price?

Our fun board builder tool lets you choose the size of board that suits you best.

We offer boards in different designs in 3 sizes:

Standard

Small (32cm x 19cm) - $29.95

Medium (42cm x 27cm) - $39.95

Large (49cm x 37cm) - $55.95

How does it work?

Superstar Boards above all else is fun!  We have tried to create an interactive way of bringing to life a special sporting poster. It’s easy:

  • Select a board you like (you can use any board for any sport)
  • Select your size
  • Select your sport from the dropdown for the default stats – Aussie Rules, Rugby League, Netball, Soccer, Cricket, Motorsport.
  • Add name, position, number etc… follow the guides.
  • Add your club logo, national flag or use the logos provided.
  • Add image of your SuperStar
  • Type in your stats & info about your Superstar (these fields are ALL customisable). Click the little info (i) for ideas. Have fun with it - make up the stats - Dare to Dream!
  • Select a wall mounting kit or stand & away you go.

Note: Our designers will remove the background on your photo and/or logo, make sure your board is looking good and send you a proof for your approval, usually within 2 business days. Make sure you approve (you get 1 change if required), then it goes to print.

          

Adding a logo/image – how does it work?

It’s simple, upload an image from your computer or phone. It needs to be a jpg or png and high res is always better (see below for tips on the image).

The image selection tool allows you to zoom in and out on your photo and select how you want it to look on your board. You can see this on your board as you go (see the below example). We will print what you submit (less the background). Generally, the bigger the image the better, so unless it’s a great full body shot, we recommend you include from the torse up.

PHOTO GUIDE -What images should I use for my order?

Here are some tips for choosing the best image for your board:

  • Your image should contain the person’s head, shoulders and chest. These should fill as much of the image as possible. 
  • The further away the subject is, the more likely your photo will be blurry or pixelated when printed.
  • Please try to select a photo where your subject is clearly visible against the background
  • Your image should be taken in good lighting if possible. 
  • Websites like Facebook, Instagram etc. reduce the quality of images when they store them online. Please use the original photo file wherever possible (from your phone or camera). 
  • The same applies for using screenshots and images received via Whatsapp or any other messaging platform. Please try to use the original file where possible.
  • Do not use scanned images.
  • Do not take pictures of physical images and use them.
  • If you didn’t take the photo, you can always ask whoever did to email you the original file.

If we notice your image is of poor quality, we will try to get in touch. But we cannot guarantee this. 

It is very unlikely that the image you provide will be perfect unless the picture was taken on extremely professional high-end equipment. Our boards are printed in extremely large sizes and it will not be possible to keep images provided crisp clear at all times.

We’ll do the best we can with the image you give us but providing a suitable photo remains your responsibility. Please see below some good examples of images to provide. 





Can you design a board template for my club?

SuperstarBoards have a huge range of boards across ALL the standard club colours. The Lightning Range is designed to cover most club colours. Checkout the boards menu.

We would love to work with your club on a custom design/colour if preferred.

Please get in contact via support@superstarboards.com.au. We may have to charge for a brand-new design or any complex design work, but have a great range of templates we can work from. We can do one offs of super extra-large size too if needed.

Can my club get Superstar Boards for club presentations?

Absolutely. The board-builder tool allows you to completely customise stats & allows for you to add ‘Best On Ground’, MVP, or Best & Fairest etc… Pick a board & have a play here… 

Do you do discounts for bulk orders?

Are you a sporting club or would like to order 10+ boards from SuperstarBoards?

We offer bulk discounts up to 25%, the more you order, the cheaper the boards will get.

How to order in bulk easily?

Ordering a lot of boards for your club? We want to make it as easy for you as possible. 

Before you start, make sure to send us an email to support@superstarboards.com.au so we can provide you with a discounted price for a large order. 

The easiest way is by completing our bulk order spreadsheet with all the information for your boards. We can send this to you.

Why does Superstarboards not offer official/real club badges on boards?

SuperstarBoards has not been able to come to an agreement with the clubs at this current time meaning we do not have permission to use the official badges on our boards.

If you decide to upload a logo that is a breach of copyright or trademark, SuperstarBoards has the right to replace the logo with a redesigned version of the logo/colours which is free to use which were created by us to represent the clubs.

We are actively working to try to offer real badges and if any become available they will be in our library to select.

I want to make changes to my order

We’re happy to make changes if there has been an error or if the image quality is too poor to proceed with the print. If there are any urgent and essential errors after your order is placed (such as a mistake with the name), please contact us immediately at support@superstarboards.com.au using the order# in the subject.

We will send a preview of your board once we have finished designing it for your approval. If you need to make a change you can do so at this stage. Please note, you only get 1 change before we charge. 

Apart from these special cases, all orders are final once placed.

Please note that any non-essential late changes made after ordering may incur a processing fee, this will only happen if your board has already been produced. 

Below are the fees per different board size and style

Small - $7
Medium - $10
Large - $13

Any non-essential changes are likely to add extra production time to your order meaning it will take longer to be dispatched, this is due to the board being designed and produced from the beginning again.

How long will it take to get my board?

Once you place your order, our designers will begin to work their magic. We will send you a proof as soon as possible for your approval. This may take up to 2 business days. Once you approve it, we will go to print and send it out to you. The printing may take up to 4 days depending on how busy we are. Shipping is via AusPost which may take 2-10 days for standard, or 1-3 days for express. If you cannot wait and need your board urgently, please get in touch at support@superstarboards.com.au We will always try and accommodate our customers needs as best we can.

My order arrived damaged

If you are unhappy with the condition of your board when it arrives, please get in touch with our support team at support@superstarboards.com.au

Our team will ask for proof of damages and quickly solve your problem giving you multiple options to choose from.

The vast majority of our orders arrive in perfect condition. But we are always happy and quick to respond if this isn’t the case.

My order has not been shipped

Have you placed an order over 7 business days ago and it still has not been shipped?

First thing to do in this case is check all of your emails, including your spam folder for any emails from our team. If there has been any issues with your order our team would have emailed you about it. 

If you cannot find any emails from our team please use one of the contact buttons at the bottom of this article and get in touch with us so we can look into your order.

Common issues that would delay an order:

- Bad quality image provided, see article about image requirements above for guidance to provide the best images for our boards. 

- Missing information on your board, such as ratings, stats etc.

- Inappropriate information, we do not accept orders with any inappropriate content

I have received the wrong board(s)

Did we get our wires crossed?

If you’ve received the wrong board, please contact us immediately at support@superstarboards.com.au, quoting your order number in the subject.

The crew will make amends as quickly as possible and get the correct boards sent out to you.

My order arrived incomplete

If you've purchased any extras such as wall mounting kit, stickers or stand with your cards and they have not arrived, please contact us immediately at support@superstarboards.com.au.

The crew will get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Misc

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher  for the value of $50, $60, $75, $100, $150 or $200.
